  • Prioritization & Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing project conditions and schedules as necessary.
  • Field Supervision: Spend significant time on-site, leading construction teams and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to assigned specifications.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between Eosol Group, stakeholders, contractors, and the Owner, providing updates on project status, schedules, and any issues that may arise.
  • Physical Demands: Be comfortable working at heights of up to 300 feet and capable of performing essential physical functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as Primavera or MS Project. Experience with SAP cost management is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license is required, as this position may require travel to various site locations.
