Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 3+ years corporate tax experience required.
• Large corporate income tax, franchise tax, sales tax and/or property tax experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• CPA preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to effectively utilize statistical information.
• Must possess advanced communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.

Starting Pay: $70,000.00 Annually What we offer:

Job Responsibilities: What you will do Prepare corporate federal, state, and local tax returns and perform tax research as well as assemble and analyze financial information necessary for preparing financial statement tax provisions, doing tax projections, and responding to tax audits.

• Review/prepare corporate federal, state, and local income tax returns, including Forms 5471, extension filings, quarterly estimated payments, and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Assist with accounting for quarterly and annual income taxes under ASC 740, including reviewing or preparing tax accrual workpapers, FIN 48 analysis, return to provision analysis, the quarterly tax footnote, and SOX compliance.
• Respond to and address Mexico income tax issues.
• Review monthly account reconciliations for various tax liabilities and timely provide adjustments, if any, to the Accounting Department
• Assist with various governmental federal and state tax audits.
