Sterling Brand Ambassador Program -  Sterling Quadrangle (UCF)

Position Overview

The Sterling Brand Ambassador Program is designed for the most connected, creative, and driven students on campus. This isn’t just a campus rep role, it’s your opportunity to build your personal brand, gain real-world marketing experience, and represent two of the most exciting student communities near University of Central Florida.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the face of Sterling Quadrangle. Bringing energy, influence, and creativity to drive awareness, tours, and leases.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of the Brand
  Represent Sterling on campus, online, and at key events.
• Drive Leasing Success
  Generate leads and referrals through your personal network and unique ambassador link.
• Create & Share Content
  Develop engaging social media content showcasing lifestyle, amenities, and community culture.
• Host & Support Events
  Assist with resident and campus activations from pop-ups to high-energy social events.
• Build Community Buzz
  Create authentic connections with students and position Sterling as  the place to live .

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Create and post original content monthly (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Share and amplify official Sterling content
• Generate consistent monthly leads through your network
• Attend required ambassador meetings/events
• Participate in content shoots and marketing campaigns
• Maintain a strong, positive representation of the Sterling brand
