Job Type: Direct Hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of shipping and warehouse management experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
• Experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, agricultural equipment, or farming environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role will lead warehouse and shipping operations while ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective material movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and distribution operations.
• Supervise warehouse and shipping employees and daily facility operations.
• Develop and maintain supply chain strategies and operational goals.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and accountability for materials and finished goods.
• Optimize personnel, equipment, safety, productivity, and warehouse processes.
• Coordinate timely shipment of finished products.
