Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed in a busy household are essential. The family hopes to find someone who is flexible to travel, occasionally stay overnight or work evening hours when needed, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to become a valued part of their children's lives. Comfort around dogs is also important, as the family has a friendly dog.
