Brothers Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing has been serving Knoxville and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We specialize in residential window cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutters, and exterior services.

Pay & Growth

Entry Level / Apprentice Position

• Paid training
• Full-time
• Performance-based earning potential
• Tips & bonus opportunities
• PTO/Sick Days (after qualification period)

Path to Advancement:

Apprentice → Technician → Lead Technician → Senior Field Technician / Supervisor

Higher production = higher earning potential.

Our top producers earn significantly more than entry-level pay.

Job Responsibilities

You will:

• Clean residential and commercial windows
• Pressure wash driveways, decks, and homes
• Assist with roof cleaning & gutter services
• Safely work on ladders and roofs
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain trucks and equipment
• Learn our systems and software
• Support the team in completing jobs efficiently

This is not standing around work.
This is production-based, performance-driven work.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• No fear of heights
• Comfortable working on extension ladders
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat & cold
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Coachable mindset
• Willingness to follow systems and procedures

Experience is a plus — but not required.
We train the right people.
