Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on setting up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs. This role involves pouring concrete into forms and conducting visual inspections of products before and after the curing process. The successful candidate will also use various hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs.
• Pour concrete into forms.
• Conduct visual inspections of products before and after the curing process.
• Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Load and unload products to different stations around the production yard.
• Perform heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs as needed.
• Lead small groups or areas as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of construction or concrete experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, general labor, and production.
• Carpentry skills.
• Ability to effectively use a tape measure.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, throughout all seasons of the year. Candidates must be prepared to dress appropriately according to the weather.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
