Job Description

Position Summary

The Branch Manager is the senior leader of their office, responsible for driving agent growth, profitability, and culture. They oversee recruiting and retention, support agent development, ensure compliance and operational efficiency, and create a vibrant, collaborative environment.This role works closely with RedKey’s Corporate Team to align local operations with company-wide initiatives, tools, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Growth & Coaching

  • Serve as a trusted mentor and business coach to agents, conducting regular one-on-one sessions focused on production goals, accountability, and professional development
  • Host workshops and trainings in-office to strengthen agent skills and support company-wide training initiatives and programs.
  • Identify performance trends and proactively support agents in developing strategic plans to increase productivity and professionalism.
  • Champion RedKey’s culture of collaboration, growth, and service—empowering agents to reach their full potential.

Recruitment & Retention

  • Lead ongoing recruiting efforts aligned with office and company goals, maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular outreach and appointments with potential recruits to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new agents.
  • Build relationships that foster long-term engagement and retention within the RedKey community.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the daily management of the office, ensuring operational efficiency, professionalism, and alignment with RedKey standards.
  • Supervise and support the office staff through weekly meetings and quarterly check-ins.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of company systems, marketing initiatives, and communication standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the office, available for both operational support and agent engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Team to identify opportunities, address challenges, and share best practices.

Compliance & Broker Oversight

  • Serve as the first point of contact for agent questions and issues related to contracts, compliance, and best practices.
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory directives as outlined by the Designated Broker and Legal Department.
  • Review contracts and documentation for accuracy, ensuring timely processing and adherence to RedKey standards.
  • Model professionalism and uphold RedKey’s ethical and procedural standards in every interaction.

Culture, Community & Collaboration

  • Lead by example—fostering a culture that reflects RedKey’s mission of Love, Service, and Fun.
  • Partner with staff to plan monthly office events (social, service, or educational) that strengthen engagement and morale.
  • Represent RedKey at community, board, and industry events, promoting the company’s brand and values.
  • Encourage team collaboration and celebrate achievements across agents and staff.
  • Support the adoption of RedKey’s Core Services and strategic partnerships to enhance client and agent experiences.

Qualifications

  1. Active Real Estate Broker License (Missouri; additional states a plus).
  2. 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with a proven record of listings, buyer representation, and client service.
  3. 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a brokerage or team environment.
  4. Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and real estate operations.
  5. Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  6. Proficiency with real estate technology and transaction management platforms.
  7. High integrity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to agent success.
