About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent/Construction Manager to join our team and oversee commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing systems such as Single-ply, Metal, and Modified, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Oversight: Ensure crew safety, productivity, and high-quality workmanship.
• Resource Management: Order necessary equipment and materials to meet project needs.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce safety standards across all job sites.
• Leadership: Direct and manage roofing crews to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing (Single-ply, Metal, and Modified systems).
• Must reside in Florida or Southern Georgia.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
