Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant/Medicall Biller to join our mental health private practice. The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing schedules, client communications, and office administration. You will be responsible for accurately coding and billing medical claims, ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies. Your expertise in medical billing processes and knowledge of medical billing terminology will be essential in this role.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
· Previous experience in an administrative role, medical biller, or similar role preferably in a mental health or medical practice.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with billing and insurance processes is a plus.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including coding, claims submission, and reimbursement procedures
· Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes, and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes
· Proficient in using medical office systems and software for billing purposes
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
